A Lease Agreement is a contract between two parties. The Lease Agreement outlines the terms under which one party agrees to rent property owned by another party. This agreement guarantees the lessee (e.g. tenant) use of an asset and guarantees the lessor (e.g. property owner) regular payments from the lessee for a specified time period. Both the lessee and the lessor are bound to the terms of the contract.
