Non-Disclosure Agreement – Mutual – Build Document

A Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties are required to share with one another. An NDA is also known as a confidentiality agreement (CA), confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), proprietary information agreement (PIA), or secrecy agreement (SA). Parties use these agreements to ensure a confidential relationship protects any type of proprietary information or trade secrets. Generally speaking, an NDA protects non-public business information.
The NDA below is a ‘Mutual NDA’ but an NDA is often ‘one-way’, implying that only the ‘receiving party’ is restricted in their use of the materials shared. Use the Standard NDA document if that is what you require.
